At Premier Darts, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition. Please note that personalized items such as custom flights or engraved barrels cannot be returned unless faulty.

Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all stems, flights, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided return label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a proof of postage.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned goods for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
